Brown, Baldwin & Spratt Introduce Medically Fragile Children's Act
WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Congressman Henry E. Brown, Jr. (R-SC) joined Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) and John Spratt (D-SC) in introducing legislation that will provide states with a new tool to care for children who live with the most intensive health care needs.
