What are the plans for an increase in postal rates?

As you may know, the prices for many mail services went up on June 30, 2002.

On April 8, 2005, the Postal Serviceā"¢ filed a rate case with the Postal Rate Commission seeking an expedited recommended decision to raise prices 5.4 percent for almost all categories.
