Representative Henry Brown Named 'Hero of the Taxpayer'

Congressman Henry Brown is presented the ‘Hero of the Taxpayer’ Award in Washington by Grover Norquist, President of Americans for Tax Reform.  “This is a wonderful honor,” Brown said after the presentation.  “I am constantly striving to be the voice of my constituents in all of the issues I address here in Washington.  While I am located in D.C. for the majority of the year, I am here for the people of my District and my heart lies in South Carolina.”
