Dedication of the Pentagon Memorial

 Congressman Brown took the following photos from the Pentagon Memorial Dedication Ceremony on September 11, 2008.

As the bugler played "Taps," the Flag was saluted by eight rescue workers standing on the roof of the Pentagon.  Each of them responded to the attack seven years ago. 

President Bush spoke right before the dedication activities.

A military honor guard stands at attention just after unveiling the 184 "benches" that make up the Memorial.  Each "bench" is dedicated to an individual victim of the attacks.

Congressman Brown poses with Pentagon Memorial Fund Chairman James Laychak after they discussed the day's historic events.  Laychak lost a brother during the attacks.
